Dancers! If you are between the ages of 12-18, you are currently at the highest risk of injury of any age group of elite dancers. You can identify your weaknesses and prevent injuries by scheduling a screening with one of our licensed physical therapists at S2S!
During your one-on-one screening, the physical therapist will examine your overall fitness and biomechanical patterns to establish a personal musculoskeletal profile. This profile will identify proven factors that could increase your risk of injury over the course of a year.
Once the factors are identified, the physical therapist will work with you to develop a preventative exercise program targeting your individual needs which will decrease your risk of injury.
