We exist to serve and care for our community through safe and pivotal functional training methods allowing those we serve at our performance facility to physically live the life they love! Programs For All Levels Of Fitness

At our performance facilities in Frisco and Flower Mound, we draw upon physical therapy, fitness, and mental performance to customize the exact training plan your body needs. We offer small, personalized classes. There are no classes offered at S2S with more than 6 students. All sessions are completely personalized to meet the specific goals of each participant. S2S Functional Performance is owned by a licensed doctor of physical therapy and staffed with licensed doctors of physical therapy, licensed professional counselors, certified mental health consultants, certified strength and conditioning specialists, certified pilates instructors, performance enhancement specialists, and more. Our tightly-knit staff has over 120 years of combined experience in helping clients reach their goals.
