Why Hardcore?

Developed by S2S in 2009, Hardcore is a highest intensity interval strategy that delivers the metabolic blast your body needs to  perform at the next level. It can be taken in a small group setting or as an individual training session. Science has proven that increased lean muscle mass helps your body burn more calories—even at rest! S2S Hardcore has helped weekend warriors, collegiate athletes, military personnel, and many others reach  beyond their goals. No matter your ability  level, instructors will modify per individual.

Our training is proven and effective. It is not a trend but a journey. With our biggest emphasis being functional fitness, we offer a safe, challenging, and educational environment. At S2S you can expect to strengthen core, gain stability, fine tune coordination, and learn proper exercise technique. Our number one goal is to help you train to live healthy, energetic, and injury-free™!

Small class sizes

Hardcore small group classes will never have more than 8 people because we believe in recognizing individual abilities and goals. Training safe and injury-free is our mission. We also provide one-on-one instruction.

With a wide variety of equipment including kettlebells, battle ropes, medicine balls, dumbbells, TRX, a fully adjustable half rack, turf, a cardio row, and 45 feet of interchanging, free-floating monkey bars (exclusive to S2S!), expect to be challenged every time you step foot in class.
