Our staff at S2S is exceptionally good at listening to our clients.
If there is additional support or skills/strategies needed to achieve your physical goals the professionals at S2S may initiate a referral.
S2S Mental Performance services focus primarily on helping athletes use psychological principles and skills to achieve optimal mental health and to improve their performance.
Beyond the sports psychology principles, we also incorporate several interpersonal and cognitive-behavioral techniques to help you maximize your sense of well-being both on the field and off.

We know our patients can feel depressed, overwhelmed, anxious, frustrated, stressed, and uncertain. Often, it is even common to feel unmotivated.
