Yoga

frisco yoga that transforms

S2S® Yoga offers low-impact, full-body movement designed to improve flexibility, build strength and support long-term mobility. Our Frisco yoga classes combine principles of Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, using controlled postures and breathwork to improve body awareness and aid physical recovery.

Each class is structured for all fitness levels, ages and experience, making yoga accessible whether you’re easing back into exercise, cross-training or managing stress and stiffness. Movements are guided and intentionally paced to help lengthen muscles, improve joint stability and promote better posture.

Unlike heated yoga, our bright, unheated studio provides a calm environment that supports focus and relaxation. With a focus on breath control and flow, S2S Yoga helps you move more mindfully, recover more effectively and feel better in your body during and after class.

Whether your goal is improved flexibility, injury prevention or overall wellness, S2S Frisco provides yoga classes designed to meet your needs and support functional movement over time.

How will this class benefit me?

S2S Yoga gives you the time and space for your muscles to breathe, lengthen, strengthen, and open, which prevents injury. Yoga, literally meaning union, is more than just about being flexible. Yoga encourages us to take a step back and reconnect with our bodies, challenging our misconceptions about what we can or cannot do. Cross training is essential for not only athletes, but for people of all fitness levels

Who is Yoga for?

Yoga is for everyone! We want to make sure you feel safe, comfortable, and are able to discuss any injuries or limitations before jumping into one of our group classes. We suggest at least a 20 minute demo with one of our yoga instructors or even an hour private session to make sure you are familiar with the format of the class. We will also go over any personal questions or modifications. All levels of flexibility are appropriate! Yoga isn’t just about being flexible, but our S2S Yoga class will definitely improve your range of motion, strength, and stamina.

How often should I do Yoga?

Yoga and stretching should be incorporated into your fitness routine at least once per week to make sure you are protecting your muscles and your body from injury. If you are looking to make a big improvement in range of motion and endurance, we would definitely suggest at least twice a week. It is vital to functional training to add in a yoga or stretching routine to continue feeling healthy, energetic, and remain injury-free.

How does being more flexible prevent injury and increase athletic performance?

When building muscle, you shorten your muscles and range of motion. Stretching helps to re-lengthen muscles, allowing the joints to work in a fuller range of motion. This decreases the risk of overuse injuries. Having a balance between strength and flexibility is crucial to enhancing athletic performance.

What do I need to bring?

Dress in comfortable clothes that you can easily bend and move in. We provide Manduka yoga mats, however feel free to bring your own! We also have yoga blocks, yoga straps and towels available.

Schedule a S2S yoga session, and experience mindful movement that fits your goals.
